Anti-Spam Policy
We are committed to permission-based email marketing practices and does not tolerate any spam practices. We have established an Anti-Spam Policy to assure our customers are not subjected to Spam from any of our practices.
1. What is Spam?
Spam is commercial email or unsolicited bulk email, including “junk mail”, which has not been requested by the recipient. It is intrusive and often irrelevant or offensive, and it wastes valuable resources for both recipients and ISPs. Inappropriate newsgroup activities, consisting of excessive posting of the same materials to several newsgroups, are also deemed to be spam.
Emails which are normally anticipated, personal, relevant and/or associated with a pre-existing business or personal relationship are considered permission-based and are not Spam messages.
2. Our Spam Policy
We only email customers who have given us permission to send emails relating to their purchases, registration, inquiries &/or customer service. We will not intentionally email individuals or businesses that have not provided us with permission. We take all possible measure to ensure that our emails are sent to our customers who wish to receive them.
