Enrolment Terms and Conditions

By enrolling onto the Relationship Breakthrough workshop (also referred to as the “course”) you are agreeing to the enrolment terms and conditions outlined below.

Relationship Breakthrough is a workshop for couples, so it’s imperative that both you and your partner attend for the full duration of the course. Prices listed are “per couple”.

Unless otherwise stated, the enrolment fee for this course includes:

  • course materials,
  • morning and afternoon tea refreshments, and
  • lunch

Once the enrolment fee has been successfully processed, you will receive a receipt via email.

Once we’ve processed your enrolment fee we cannot refund your entire course fee unless we cancel the course. If we need to cancel the course we will issue you with a full refund of your enrolment fees.

Where these are offered, “early bird” specials are only applicable to enrolments that are completed online and paid in full during the “early bird” period.

Cancellation

Naturally we understand that life happens… so you and your partner might need to cancel your enrolment for reasons beyond your control. However, while we understand that, this is a business and for logistical reasons we require as much notice as possible so we can offer those place to other couples on our Waiting List. The following conditions therefore apply to cancellation:

If you and your partner cannot attend the course and you wish to cancel your enrolment, you need to advise us by email to: enrolments@paulmcniff.com. If you provide us with notice to cancel at least THREE WEEKS PRIOR to the course start date, we will issue you with a full refund of your course fees, less an administration fee of $50.

If you need to cancel your enrolment WITHIN THREE WEEKS of the course start date, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellations within one week of the course start date are not refundable
  • Cancellations more than one week, but less than two weeks prior to the course start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the enrolment fee
  • Cancellations more than two weeks, but less than three weeks prior to the course start date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the enrolment fee

If cancellation is necessary, you are required to notify the Course Enrolment Team immediately by email at: enrolments@paulmcniff.com. Notice to cancel will only be deemed received by us once a member of the Course Enrolment Team has confirmed receipt of your notice to cancel back to you.

Cancellation fees may be avoided by substituting another couple in your place. This is at our discretion and will incur a $50 administration fee, payable immediately. Any substitution must be advised to the Course Enrolment Team by email at: enrolments@paulmcniff.com, prior to the start date/time of the course.

Transferring to a different course date

Once enrolled, if you and your partner realise that you cannot attend the course,  you can transfer to a different course date, provided places are available on that course. If you decide to do this, you agree to notify the Course Enrolments Team, by email at: enrolments@paulmcniff.com immediately. You can only transfer to a future date of the course that is currently listed and that has places available. You cannot transfer to a Waiting List for a future course. And we do not keep Credits for possible future program dates that have not yet been made available.

Transfers might incur fees, depending on when you transfer. If you notify us that you wish to transfer to a different course more than THREE WEEKS PRIOR to the start date of the course that you’re already enrolled on (“the current course start date”), we will transfer you without penalty or fee.

If you notify us that you wish to transfer to a future course WITHIN THREE WEEKS of the current course start date, the following conditions apply:

  • Requests to transfer within one week of the current course start date are not possible
  • Requests to transfer more than one week, but less than two weeks prior to the current course start date will incur a 50% transfer fee
  • Requests to transfer more than two weeks, but less than three weeks prior to the current course start date will incur a 25% transfer fee

Note also; if the enrolment fee for the course that you’re transferring onto is higher than the enrolment fee you’ve already paid, you will be required to pay the difference at the time of the transfer. If the enrolment fee for the future course is less than the enrolment fee you’ve already paid, the refund of any portion of your already paid enrolment fee will be at the Course Enrolment Team’s discretion.

Whilst we make every endeavour to consider emergencies, and we understand, especially in this area of focus, that couples fight and turning up to work on your relationship can feel challenging, we cannot accept responsibility for changes in your personal circumstances or work commitments.

We reserve the right to change our course fees, dates, content, facilitators, guest speakers or methods of facilitation at our discretion. That being said, however; once you have enrolled onto a course and paid the course fees in full, the course fee that you’ve already paid is not subject to change for that course.

We also reserve the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule courses due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. If we do this, you will be refunded your course fee in full, or offered an opportunity to transfer to a difference course date.

For legal reasons, if a refund is due and payable at any time, the payer will receive the refund amount back to the original method of payment. This means that the refund will be returned to the same card that was used to pay for the enrolment in the first place.
